What are envelope sizes?

 

#10 Envelope: Most commonly used envelope size is #10 envelope. It comes in size of 4.125" x 9.5".

These usually are ordered with window in it. All type of invoices, credit card statements and formal correspondences are carried out in #10 envelope. It is bit bigger than #9 envelope.

 

#9 Envelope. Its size is 3.875" x 8.875". Letter needs to be folded 3 folds in order to fit into envelope. Mostly banks, offices and all formal correspondence is carried out in #9 envelopes.

How would I seal envelope?

Envelopes we produce comes with self-adhesive tape on the flap. All you need to do is peal off the coating and seal the envelope. You do not need any additional or separate adhesive to seal the envelope flap.

What is window envelope?

Window envelope has a clear plastic see through window. You fold and place the letter in such a way that printed name and mailing address on the letter is displayed through the envelope window. That means, you do not need to type the address on every envelope any more.

 

Almost all the banking institutions are using window envelopes to post credit card statements and other official letters to their customer without having to print their addresses on the envelopes. Rather address is only printed on the letter they are mailing which is seen through the window.

Can I get something printed inside of envelope ?

Yes, you can order us printing inside of envelope as well. Usually black or blue security strips are printed inside so that letter contents are not seen through the envelope paper.
